At Campus Gifts, we wrap every order with the same care we’d use for our own special gifts. Whether you’re sending a scented candle to brighten someone’s day or a personalised mug to celebrate an achievement, we want your experience to be as delightful as our products.
Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two convenient options:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: £12.95
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over £50
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your carefully wrapped gift is on its way.
Our Thoughtful Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a gift might not be quite right. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original condition.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – our gift specialists will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package securely using the original packaging (we recommend similar protective wrapping to how we ship)
- Ship your return to our Newry address using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense unless we made an error)
- Receive confirmation when we process your return
Return Shipping Recommendations
- For faster returns (5-7 business days): DHL or FedEx
- For economical returns (10-15 business days): EMS
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
Prefer a different ornament, trinket, or water bottle? We’re happy to help:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personal nature, these items cannot be returned unless defective:
- All personalised products (engraved mugs from our Mugs collection, custom ornaments from Ornaments & Trinkets)
- Opened candle and fragrance products from our Candles & Fragrance range
- Final sale items marked as such
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your carefully wrapped gift arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
